Flagga till projektet Upplysa

Genom projektet "Upplysa, en sammanlänkad samling interventioner och aktioner i gränslandet där Skofabriken börjar och slutar" har jag och Tilda Herrlin fått förmånen att göra en flagga till Gamla Skofabriken i Knislinge.

Linda and Tilda Herrlin live and study in Vinslöv, SE and Bergen, NO, respectively. Linda is a ceramicist, who frequently collaborates with cultural organizations and fellow artists. Tilda is studying for her degree in architecture at Bergen School of Architecture (BAS). Mother and daughter, this is the first time they have cooperated on a public art initiative. 

For Upplysa, the Herrlins have created [Interpretation], an illustrated composition of ceramics. The still-life, drawn in a landscape architectural interpretation by Tilda, arranges significant details from Linda's ceramics—motifs, shapes and subjects recurring in bowls, cups and vases of varying hues and scales. Learn more about Linda and Tilda Herrlin's artistic practices at www.lindaherrlin.se or @lindaherrlin and @tildaherrlin
